DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT (GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS)

Buyer: The person who shops via our website (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer").

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product that the Buyer ordered electronically from the seller's website, aksyedekparca.com, and which has the qualifications specified in the contract.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND ORDER

• The Buyer is responsible for verifying the compatibility of the spare part they intend to purchase with their vehicle (model year, engine type, OEM code, etc.). The Buyer bears the responsibility for disputes arising from incorrect part selection.

• The Seller is responsible for keeping the stock status and technical specifications of the products up to date on the website.

4. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

• Payments are made via credit card, bank transfer/EFT, or other methods defined in the system.

• The Seller delivers the products to the cargo company following the confirmation of the order. Shipping time may vary depending on the density of logistics operations.

• Shipping is free for purchases of [2,000 TL and above] (excluding bodywork and lighting group products).

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS

• The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product, without showing any reason and without paying any penalty.

• Return Exception: Returns of spare parts that have been installed in a vehicle, assembled, used for testing purposes, or whose packaging/label has been damaged (original packaging compromised) will not be accepted.

• The product to be returned must be sent together with its original box, invoice, and all accessories.

6. WARRANTY AND TECHNICAL COMPLIANCE

• The spare parts sold by the Seller are under the warranty of the manufacturer or the distributor company.

• Installation of the parts must be performed by an authorized service or a professional repair shop. Failures arising from faulty assembly are excluded from the warranty.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes that may arise from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees in the Buyer's place of residence are authorized up to the value announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts are authorized for disputes exceeding this value

8. ENFORCEMENT

By placing an order through our website, the Buyer is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement.
